Jerry Giovinazzo joined Bridge Benefits Group in January 2026 as Director of Business Development.
Jerry is a seasoned retirement industry executive, bringing more than 30 years of experience.
Prior to joining Bridge Benefits Group, he was Regional Vice President at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services leading one of their top-performing territories. He has also held leadership and business development roles at Paychex, Yellow Book USA, and Dun & Bradstreet, where he built high-performing territories and consistently delivered strong client retention and growth. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses through LPL Financial and is committed to staying at the forefront of an evolving retirement and wealth-management landscape.
Jerry works closely with plan sponsors, and centers of influence to design, implement, and support retirement plan strategies that align fiduciary responsibility with strong participant outcomes. He also assists businesses and non-profits in Group Health and PEO Solutions.
Jerry was born in New York and is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish. Outside of work, he enjoys home restoration, carpentry, cooking, and spending time with his two daughters. He is actively involved in charitable efforts supporting mental health.
Jerry currently lives in New York with his two daughters.
