Founder & President
Paul H. Etra is the Founder & President of Bridge Benefits Group. Prior to establishing Bridge Benefits Group in September 2020, Paul served as CFO & Senior Vice President of Corporate Benefits for PRB Wealth Management for over 18 years, where he exponentially grew the corporate division.
Paul H. Etra works closely with business owners, accountants, and trusted advisors. Through his extensive industry knowledge and experience, he is able to assist in plan design and implement appropriate investment platforms that seek to help maximize his clients’ retirement goals. As part of Paul’s strategy, he acts as an Investment Fiduciary and provides education and guidance to all plan participants, while helping ensure the plan covers their fiduciary responsibilities.
Paul also guides corporate clients in the improvement and implementation of benefit packages including health, vision, and dental insurance, and corporate group life and disability income insurance programs.
In addition, Paul H. Etra provides broad knowledge in individual life, disability income insurance, and long-term care insurance. His personal and hands-on approach enables him to aid his clients in addressing their goals through carefully and thoroughly constructed strategies.
Paul entered the financial services profession as an equity trader after completing his studies at Florida International University. Previously, he worked with National Life of Vermont and subsequently MassMutual where he gained experience in various areas as a financial and investment professional including retirement plans, insurance, and non-qualified deferred compensation planning.
Paul currently holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) Designation for workplace retirement plans.
Paul currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, two daughters and dog.
